Complimentary Registration to attend MSH Annual Congress 2020.

MSH will be offering 5 complimentary registration to the Life Members to attend MSH Congress 2020.

Selection of the Life Members will be by the Organising Committee, and based on the following:

1. No of years as a Life Member
2. Have contributed or participated in the activities organised by MSH  e.g. help in blood pressure screening during May 2019 Measurement Month or training of trainers for CPG on Hypertension or any other related activities.

Please submit your application by 29 January 2020 to MSH Secretariat, via e-mail to msh.asm.secretariat@gmail.com stating your name and no of years as a Life Member and your contribution/involvement in the activities of MSH.
